당사는 제5기 정기주주총회에 관심을 가져 주시는 주주님들을 위하여 총회에 직접 참석하지 않더라도 온라인으로 시청하실 수 있도록 주주총회 생중계 서비스를 제공합니다.

SK Square will provide an online live streaming service for the 5th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the “AGM”) to ensure that shareholders who cannot attend in person may still observe the proceedings.

1. 주주총회 일시 (Date and Time)

- 2026년 3월 25일(수) 오전 10시

- March 25, 2026 (Wednesday) at 10:00 AM (KST)

2. 주주 인증 기간 (Shareholder Verification Period)

- 2026년 3월 15일(일) 09:00 ~ 2026년 3월 24일(화) 17:00

- March 15, 2026 (Sunday) 09:00 – March 24, 2026 (Tuesday) 17:00 (KST)

※ 인증기간 내 주주 인증을 완료한 경우에만 총회 당일 시청이 가능합니다.

Note: Only shareholders who complete the verification process during this period will be granted access to the live stream on the day of the AGM.

3. 주주 인증 안내 (Verification Process)

- 2025년 12월 31일 기준 SK Square 주주에 한하여 주주 인증이 가능합니다.

- Only shareholders of SK Square as of December 31, 2025, are eligible for verification.

- 개인정보 수집·이용 동의 후 휴대폰 본인인증을 통해 주주 인증이 진행됩니다. (국내 휴대폰 번호 보유자에 한함)

- Verification is conducted through mobile identity authentication (available only for users with a Korean mobile phone number) after consent to the collection and use of personal information.

※ 주주 인증 완료 시 등록하신 휴대전화번호로 카카오톡 또는 문자 메시지가 발송됩니다.

Note: Upon successful verification, a confirmation message will be sent to your registered mobile phone number via KakaoTalk or SMS.

4. 시청 안내 (Viewing Instructions)

- 주주 인증 시 설정한 비밀번호로 로그인 후 주주총회 당일 온라인 시청이 가능합니다.

- Log in using the password created during the verification process to access the live stream on the day of the AGM.

- 본 서비스는 총회 당일 실시간 중계로만 제공되며 다시보기(VOD)는 제공되지 않습니다.

- This service is provided as a real-time broadcast only; a replay (VOD) service will not be available.

5. 유의사항 (Notice & Disclaimer)

- 본 생중계 시청은 상법상 주주총회 참석으로 인정되지 않으며 의결권 및 발언권이 부여되지 않습니다.

- Viewing the live stream does not constitute legal attendance under the Korean Commercial Act. Consequently, shareholders viewing online will not be granted voting or speaking rights during the session.

- 의결권 행사를 희망하시는 경우 전자투표 제도를 이용하여 주시기 바랍니다.

- To exercise your voting rights, please utilize the Electronic Voting System.

- 본 서비스는 인증된 주주 본인에 한하여 제공되며 제3자에게 양도할 수 없습니다.

- This service is for the exclusive use of the verified shareholder and may not be transferred to third parties.

- 회사의 사전 동의 없이 화면 캡처, 녹화, 촬영, 복제 및 외부 게시·배포를 금합니다.

- Any unauthorized screen capture, recording, filming, reproduction, or external distribution of the live stream without prior written consent from the Company is strictly prohibited.
